Hall Rental Includes:
-Ceremony area is included at our new addition...Bethaney Hall
- Day of coordinator
- Tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and flatware
- A variety of centerpieces and decorations are available from our extensive inventory
- All basic table linens, and a selection of table overlays, runners and centerpieces
- There is a stage and balcony area for a band or a DJ (must provide their own equipment
- Photo booth area with props
- Professional staff for food service, cake cutting and general assistance.
- a bartender is required for an additional cost of $200. Set ups included. (Alcohol not sold by Bell Buckle Banquet Hall)
All Catering to be provided by the Bell Buckle Cafe
- Your choice of 2 meats, 3 sides, rolls, coffee, sweet/unsweetened tea, lemonade and water & your choice of 2 appetizers or 2 desserts
- Additional items offered (prices vary): Hot and cold appetizers, extra dessert choices
All set-up, table & buffet service and clean-up provided by the Bell Buckle Banquet Hall.
A Deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date.
